AneVivo method
The method represents a more natural approach to infertility treatment. Fertilization takes place in the woman’s body, rather than in a laboratory, as in the classic IVF method.
AneVivo is a method of fertilization in which the most important stages of embryo development, including fertilization, take place in the woman’s body – in vivo, that is, inside a living organism. This allows the embryo to be in its natural environment from the beginning and to communicate with the uterus. The method allows fluids, nutrients, endometrial cells and other cellular components to flow freely between the embryo and the mother’s environment. The pregnant woman’s body responds to the presence of the embryo and adapts to it, just as it would with natural fertilization.
With the AneVivo method, the embryo’s time outside the mother’s body is reduced to a minimum. The embryo is also much less exposed to the culture fluids used in the laboratory.

ABOUT THE METHOD
What is the AneVivo method based on?
The method involves inserting a silicone capsule filled with sperm and egg cells into the patient’s uterus for 24 hours. The capsule is small in size. It is 1 cm long and 1 mm wide, and equipped with hundreds of tiny holes – so the embryo develops in the presence of molecules characteristic of natural development conditions, such as cytokines, growth factors and miRNAs. As a result, the endometrium, or endometrium, is better prepared for one of the key moments from the point of view of later pregnancy – implantation, or the implantation and development of the embryo. While the capsule is inside the woman’s uterus, fertilization naturally occurs. After the 24th hour, the capsule is removed, and over the next 2-4 days the embryos are placed (transferred) back into the uterine cavity.

The AneVivo method has been approved by the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority and accepted by local authorities for use in clinical practice in the UK, Spain, Denmark and the Czech Republic.
